This one here is my version from Trinidad.Serves 2 CUPSTrinidad Green Seasoning10 minPrep TimeSave Recipe Print Recipe My Recipes My Lists My CalendarIngredients½ bunch of Cilantro/Culantro or 8 leaves Chadobeni8 garlic cloves4 green onions (scallions)½ bunch parsley6 sprigs of fresh thyme , optional1/2 cup vinegar or lemon juice4 pimento peppers (optional)8 leaves of big leaf /spanish thyme (optional)1 knuckle fresh ginger (this is totally optional)Food processor or blenderMethodPeel, trim and wash the ingredientsThen roughly-cut into smaller pieces so it’s easier to manage in the blender or food processor.For Food Processor:Add all the ingredients into your food processor if you have one . A few pulses, then a blend until completely blended.For Blender:Add all herbs plus the water and vinegar or lemon juice , give a few pulses and then a blend until smooth or add according to your discretion.Note:Use the white and green part of the scallions.
